Do not drink – If you have a family history of heart disease, you should stay away from alcohol. You must not drink alcohol. Drinking alcohol increases the risk of heart disease.
Control of blood sugar– Many people start having heart problems due to diabetes. In such a situation, you should keep your blood sugar under control. If there have been people suffering from heart disease in the family history, then especially you need to take care.
